I got seen by dr very professional reception nice but got my name wrong it took pharmacy a extra half hour to straighten out wasn’t feeling well had to sit in drive thru hope didn’t send in wrong name to insurance just need more training at front desk

Staff were friendly and we got meds to help my daughter feel better. However, the wait time before we was actually seen by the DR was ridiculous.

The doctor looked told me what was wrong then went about to prescribe me medication. Not once was I asked what my job is to see if it would impact my job at all. I work as a quick lane tech so I’m around lots of lid noise all day and I’m back on the day I was cleared for and feel like the doctor should’ve asked more questions to help.

Everything wad was ok. Takes too long to check in just for a drug test for a job. I didn’t see why all the questions were necessary when someone else sent me. I have taken drugs test before and it only took. A few minutes. The took the paperwork, check my ID and j went back to do it. Not have to wait. If I get sick. I surely don’t want to go there. I might die before I get treated.
