Totally sucked doctor said had infection in knee needed to go straight to emergency room. Doctor at UT emergency room said he had no infection and had no idea why your doctor said that. The nurse was the rudest person I ever met and I wouldn’t take any one I know back to there going to let social media and all my family and friends not to ever use this place
Poor staff and rudeness
The way I was talked to because I was hurt at work and used my personal insurance was completely disrespectful and I dont think I will ever come back because of the way I was spoken to.
The nurse practitioner was great. The nurse pressured me into a covid and flu test when I knew I did not have those. I extremely dislike the nose tests and this made for a very bad experience.I knew I needed the strep test, however after the covid and flu test I was already so nauseous that the strep test made me throw up. Loosen covid policy. Pandemic is over. Not blaming the nurse per se because i imagine she is encouraged to test everyone every time.
Everyone was so very nice and caring. From checking in, to the nurse and Dr Josh was amazing! Very polite, professional and caring
