It would be very helpful time wise if the PA’s had at least one assistant between them to take vitals before they see patients. Otherwise, things went well.

Easy check in, but you have to take a pic of your DL for ID and upload to a system. In a world where health system are targeted for cyber attacks, I’m not comfortable with having my DL uploaded.
Jacob was great but unsure if you have someone no abiding the patient privacy because someone made and appointment for me it it was not me
Well, I went to the emergency room department on Sunday evening. I have a UTI, Kidney Infection Amd a Bladder Infection. Wanted to get urine retested and they act like they didn’t even wanna do that. I’ve got a history of septic shock. From a UTI, it went over into the same right kidney and almost shut it down. So, basically I came to urgent care to pay $30 to piss in a cup. Also, what is the purpose of an urgent care, if you all do not even do blood work?

Maybe next time have a nurse practioner who doesn't act scared to touch her patients or look at her patients line they are disgusting. I know she's pregnant but if you're incapable of doing your job because you're too good to touch poor people then don't be a care taker. Doctors are supposed to investigate. I was not swabbed for my complaint of a cough and mucus. Thy tested me with a uti - I don't have one. They asked if ihad a primary and. I said no. Went to the fast pace location in corryton TN to do a drug test and the lady in front desk was rude. Other than that it was ok.
