Only waited 10 minutes in waiting room, 20 minutes for COVID and flu tests. Quick response from provider and sent meds to pharmacy. Less than an hour total.
I made an appointment this morning at 8am for 1130 today. When I arrived there were about 6 people ahead of me and the receptionist said that it will be about a 2 hr wait. I informed her that I had an appointment, she said that appointments does not make a difference that take walk ins and that she couldn’t help me with that. The audacity to have appointments scheduled and you don’t prioritize those appointments. You prioritize walk ins in stead! Horrible customer service!!! I will never use them again !!
I had an appt and was seen promptly. Completed paperwork online so that saved time. We were taken to a room, vitals taken, provider evaluated, xrays taken, meds prescribed, and we were on our way. Provider was very helpful and compassionate. It was 1000% better than sitting for hours in a hospital emergency room for the same care. This was my first experience with any Urgent Care and I plan to use them again.
I have been to this place several times in the last week and they experience was wonderful all except my last visit. I returned back for a TB skin test and the lady at the front desk informed me that she had already received my paperwork from the company and she had me all ready for testing. After she advised me of this, there was no need to show her my paperwork sent to me from the company. TB skin test placed and advised to return back in two days for a reading. My sisters experience was horrible, she had an appointment at 2pm and she walked in at 150pm for a drug test. She went in filled out the paperwork and the workers were very rude to start off. Not only that she had an appointment at 2pm and 3pm rolls around after checking in multiple times when no one was in the lobby then the place started to fill up and they start taking walk ins back that waited less time then her. they do not respect appointment times and they are rude.
