Staff was very helpful and gracious. I told them my situation and what I needed help with and they were all very kind and helpful. They all deserve a raise.

Everyone was very welcoming, checking fairly easy (always hard to do on a phone keyboard anywhere). It didn’t seem very busy, everyone was in fairly quickly. Pam, FNP, sorry couldn’t do X-ray but very helpful, great “bedside manner”. Only complaint - we called the Millington clinic first as close, said had no X-ray tech, person checked said Covington did until 8pm - drove to Covington, WRONG- no X-ray tech at that time. Need to have better update/communication. Overall good experience.
