From check in to checkout the process was so easy. The front desk was very pleasant and greeted me in a friendly kind and professional manner. My provider Patricia Roysden was very thorough in my exam from checking my ears, throat and listening to my chest. She was very kind and professional. My medication was called in quickly and she had me feeling 100% better with the injection and medication she prescribed. I was in and out within 30 minutes from start to finish! My visit was incredibly great! It was very busy that day. The staff was very cordial and greeted me in and also as I left. I was from out of town they treated me very well. The wait was not very long and when they took you in the back to a room I did not have to sit 45 minutes til someone came in they were right there took care of my needs

I made an appointment ahead of time which helped me get in a lot quicker. The nurse and np were great. They listened, were very caring and sent me on my way within an hour. My prescription was waiting for me when I got to the pharmacy. A good experience. I would definitely recommend!
