I was bringing in 3 sick clients on a rainy day; 1 in a wheelchair and 1with a walker. No one from front desk offered any assistance with holding a door open or helping with checking all 3 in. Everyone knows the check-in process there is all done by the patient. All demographics even putting in pics of your ID and insurance is done by patient. The receptionist is useless! Literally the rudest most miserable people work behind that counter. Every time you go there they’re going to be rude, it never fails. Also, not sure who answers the phone when you call for test results but she could use some prayers for how miserable she is. 🙏

Walk I’m told Hour wait! Was not happy. I was extremely sick and could not hold my head up!!! Finally got to go back the nurse did her part and then the NP came in!! Finally someone listened to me about my health!!! She talked and got me medicine called in and today I’m starting to feel better. I don’t think there should be a HOUR WAIT!!
Waited a whole hour and 15 minutes for you to tell me that you can’t help me.

Wasn’t fast paced but the people were friendly
Sabrina was great at the front desk very welcoming and actually greeted me!! Stopped what she was doing to take the time to give me directions. Jennifer was my nurse and made me feel at ease even though I was in a lot of pain. My provider Amanda and hope knew exactly how to treat me properly and sympathized with the pain I felt due to a kidney stone! I have been using you all for my urgent care needs for 6+ years now and I am very grateful to have you all in the community. Keep up the great work!!
I have been using Fastpace for 6+ years and have never had a bad experience. From the time I walk in the front doors to the time the provider is done with my visit I have always felt welcomed and heard and have always received excellent care. Thank you for being part of our community and giving the proper care patients deserve.
