Signed in quickly, got taken to exam room quickly. My gout diagnosis confirmed, sent prescription to pharmacy. In and out in 45 minutes or less.

The receptionist was very friendly and explained that there was about an hour wait. That helps patients from getting upset about the wait time. Staff was friendly and displayed competence. They ended by explaining to come back if no relief or symptoms got worse.

The staff was very caring. I had pain in my leg that I can’t even describe. My b/p was extremely high because of the pain. Joseph Damewood was legitimately concerned. From the front office staff, to the rad tech, everyone treated me with respect. And I am able to function better with the treatment I received
