Entire staff was friendly, patient & thorough!
It’s the best clinic in Crossville. Everyone was great,Jen and Kyle were awesome but everyone always is. It’s just great to be treated like family and know they have your best interests at heart.
I booked the appointment online,I love any option that makes things flow smoother. Quick and easy. The check in was simple and the receptionist/manager (not sure of her title) was super nice.

Everyone was great Took over an hour but I didn’t know about signing in online! Hope my tests are good First time with giving blood with that small tube…didn’t feel hardly anything! Great staff

All the people were great and friendly. It is a very clean facility.
From the time I walked in the front door and talked to the front desk receptionist she was pleasant and very likable. When the staff came out and looked at my injury, they were kind helpful and took excellent care of me. I could not have asked for a better place to go. Everyone should be in complemented on their positivity and concerned on detail. If I have to go back anywhere I would go there immediately.
