Front desk initially aloof but ended up being really helpful. Tech who roomed very nice and personable, as was care giver. However, I was there Jan 3 and am still sick today Jan 9

Being a walk-in to the clinic was strange due to people making appointment online and not showing up. Originally appointment was timed for 3:36 pm when there mid morning. Finally got in about 11:20.
