I’m not really sure who the receptionist was on Saturday 10/7, but she was great. She showed concern and empathy for my issue & concern when I called that morning and made sure it was private & confidential when I came in as there were other people in the waiting area. I’m also unsure who the APRN was who saw me as I didn't catch her name but she was also very kind and made me feel comfortable despite what I was being seen for and the circumstances. Great experience overall given my issues.

We came into the facility at 7:00 pm with what appeared a half full waiting room. Staff was very helpful to provide guidance in checking in for care. We were #12 on the wait list, and I believe the last patient of the day, yet I was treated as if I was one of the first of the day. A prescription was sent to nearby pharmacy and it was ready for me when I arrived at opening this morning. We are from out of state and took a chance by stopping in. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful get me worked in as a walk-in. Nurse and Dr we're genuinely concerned and attentive. I would recommend First Care Urgent Care in Danville Ky to my family and friends.
