The doctors and PAs are always great. The day I visited the brunette at the front desk went out of her way to ignore me. I was very ill and not willing to tolerate such unnecessary treatment. I know it is very hard to find caliber employees. I seemed to be the only person she treated so poorly as I watched her converse with other patients. Not sure if she should be working in this line of business if she isn’t patient and empathic.

Front desk initially aloof but ended up being really helpful. Tech who roomed very nice and personable, as was care giver. However, I was there Jan 3 and am still sick today Jan 9

Being a walk-in to the clinic was strange due to people making appointment online and not showing up. Originally appointment was timed for 3:36 pm when there mid morning. Finally got in about 11:20.
