FAST PACE URGENT CARE IN DANVILLE KY IS FUCKING USELESS INCOMPETENT AND HAVE NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER!!! THEY ARE THERE FOR A PAYCHECK NOT YOUR WELLBEING!!! Staff was nice but the lady who did the blood draw needed more instruction before being allowed to to draws (nervous, admitted she had not one in a very long time, could not tie a tourniquet, and missed the first stick, had to “fish” for the vein which is considered bad practice), no one called back with results. I had to keep calling for them. I don’t even know if I had a stomach bug or if my medicine was the issue as the person on the phone could not explain my labs.

The secretary was not friendly at all. Know hello when you enter the establishment. She was not helpful just sitting at the computer. Not engaging with me. The nurse practitioner was ok. Just not the friendness. Will not be back. I give it a 1.

The wait was well over an hour. When I arrived there was only one person in the waiting room. At least two people that signed in after me, that were not emergencies, were seen before me and left while I still waited. The nurse that did my vitals was efficient and nice.

Your staff did a great job. They were knowledgeable and very friendly. They gave me something to remedy my situation. Didn’t have a long wait to see the doctor either.

I registered online for my appointment so I got there and checked in about 5 minutes before. A patient (walk in) that was after me got called back before me. Waited about 45 minutes to get called back. Got tested for flu and covid and was told it would take about 15 minutes for results but it was another 30-40 minutes before the doctor came in and she was with me maybe 5 minutes.

The nurse unjustly accused me of concealing something in my pants during my drug test. I had absolutely nothing on me, and her baseless accusation made it clear that I was being unfairly singled out. She then stated that I could “take out whatever was in my pants and urinate” or be automatically failed, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
