Awful! I was checked into my appointment and was waiting for the provider to come in when I was told that I could not receive care unless I paid directly for the visit. I have Anthem insurance! There was no reason to deny me service. It feels like fraudulent practice to me. Anthem even said it should have been covered!! I left the office after refusing to pay cash while all of the staff were staring at me.

Person working the front desk wasn’t welcoming and generally acted like they didn’t want to be there. The check in process is cumbersome.

Very rude nurse practitioner. We were in the office for no more than 5 minutes and were told she could either do a flu or covid test. If we chose not to do that nothing else their office could do. Temp was not taken, ears not checked. Only listened to breathing. Told us we needed to go to ER or regular doctor if we needed more answers. Never had an experience like this at any UTC.

Go for drug test for work No greeted Got tgere around 1030in the morning got finished around 12 noon no personal time about as friendly as a piece of toast should not take that long to pee in a cup

Had 838a appointment. Arrived early to finish paperwork. Waited till 9a to be called back. Were they that far behind so early?

Super easy to set up appointment online. Front desk staff super nice. The nurse, or tech that takes vitals, and ask symptoms before the NP comes in was very nice also. Been here twice, I would go back if I couldn’t get into my primary. Both times I went after 3pm. Same NP both times. I may try to go before 3pm and see a different NP. Over all they helped me

As a chronic illness patient . I have a history of pneumonia. I waited an hour & a half to be seen then an x ray could not be performed because they didn’t have radiology staff the day I went. They said I could come back today.,I will follow up with my PCP

Online check-in was super easy! Wait time in lobby was reasonable. Once I was given the results of my flu test, the caregiver did not give me any Semmeling on what I should do or what type of medication I should take.
