Easy, time efficient, professional.
Everyone was very helpful and patient with my mother Bernice. She’s 91yrs old, extremely hard of hearing and slightly confused. Thank you all so much

My concerns were addressed with great care.
I registered online for my appointment so I got there and checked in about 5 minutes before. A patient (walk in) that was after me got called back before me. Waited about 45 minutes to get called back. Got tested for flu and covid and was told it would take about 15 minutes for results but it was another 30-40 minutes before the doctor came in and she was with me maybe 5 minutes.
