Very efficient, the wait was not long, the PA was caring and kind

I very much liked the NP who assessed me. I DO know the names of my lung diseases. The report said I didn’t. Could be the NP misheard. I never said a low oxygen level is normal for me. I have no knowledge of my usual oxygen levels. Still, I thought the NP was professional & caring. Keep her there.

The only complaint I have is that the front desk girl wasn’t friendly she opened the door, I was 1st patient there she didn’t say good morning hello just opened door an walked away as fair as nurse and NP supper professional and kind
Atmosphere was great, friendly staff and I’ll recommend this office. No negative vibes.
