My appointment was at approximately 1:48 and I arrived on time and registered. Several other people came after me as walk-ins and one lady was taken in ahead of me. I had told the young man at the front desk that my name had been removed from the television screen and questioned why the individual had gone ahead of me and he just said that she would be seen. When I was called in the nurse did apologize for the mistake but the receptionist never said anything.

Service was 100% excellent. Was seen immediately. I will never go to this place again however due to them constantly asking me to complete a survey prior to being seen, while I was in extreme pain and running a fever. I have since been inundated with requests for “feedback” and to leave a review, all within hours of leaving the clinic, still sick, still running fever, still in pain. Pitiful

Never going back don’t know who “helped” me
I waited forever to be acknowledged with no one else in the waiting area. Did not take my insurance. Asked me what treatment I wanted before seeing a doctor. Was not a good experience. Will not be back nor will not recommend to others.
