it is my son that is sick, been here twice before due to same symptoms, received a steriod shot and two perscription. on this visit would not give my son a shot for exact same symptoms. i told them at check in that i was there for same treatment. i paid a 50.00 co pay only to receive a perscription of cough medicine that costs $3.88. totatly disgusted by this visit and have no intention of ever returning. my son would be better by tommorrow if he had got the injection, now he has to suffer for 4 days taking cough medicine.
I’m really disappointed with the care I received today. I came to urgent care in donaldsonville with the same symptoms my daughter had just days ago. She was properly treated at Morgan city urgent care, yet I was told to continue taking over-the-counter medications—even after explaining I’ve already been doing that for over a week with no improvement. Only one other patient there , I waited over an hour to see the Dr. For being called fast pace it was not fast at all !
My appointment was at approximately 1:48 and I arrived on time and registered. Several other people came after me as walk-ins and one lady was taken in ahead of me. I had told the young man at the front desk that my name had been removed from the television screen and questioned why the individual had gone ahead of me and he just said that she would be seen. When I was called in the nurse did apologize for the mistake but the receptionist never said anything.

Service was 100% excellent. Was seen immediately. I will never go to this place again however due to them constantly asking me to complete a survey prior to being seen, while I was in extreme pain and running a fever. I have since been inundated with requests for “feedback” and to leave a review, all within hours of leaving the clinic, still sick, still running fever, still in pain. Pitiful

I waited forever to be acknowledged with no one else in the waiting area. Did not take my insurance. Asked me what treatment I wanted before seeing a doctor. Was not a good experience. Will not be back nor will not recommend to others.
