Went to establish a PCP. Brittany was great but advised she was leaving. They has apparently been some turnover with the PCP staff. It appears as though the management is not allowing the staff the necessary leeway to act as an actual PCP facility thus hamstringing their ability to provide normal service. This needs to be fixed for this location to actually be successful imo.

I was not examined by a physician. I tested positive for Covid and was told to go home and treat with over the counter meds. My throat was so sore and the dr did not even check my throat, did not listen to my lungs or check My ears. Self pay spent $155 to be told I was sick and go home. I knew I was sick is the reason I went to get medication.

I went in with a very sore throat. The practitioner immediately started saying it’s just allergies and didn’t want to even test for strep throat. She said it’s from sinus drainage. I heard them laughing outside my door saying she didn’t think it was strep. She entered saying the strep was negative. I pay $75 as soon as I walk in. Came in for an infected tick bite. Provider seemed disinterested and showed no compassion with her arms crossed. Very disappointed with provider.
Was very disappointed 10/14/24. Had to call Pulmonologist to get x-ray10/18/24 which resulted in pneumonia. Had they gave me medication at the time of original visit I feel that it would not have turned into pneumonia
