Went to establish a PCP. Brittany was great but advised she was leaving. They has apparently been some turnover with the PCP staff. It appears as though the management is not allowing the staff the necessary leeway to act as an actual PCP facility thus hamstringing their ability to provide normal service. This needs to be fixed for this location to actually be successful imo.

I came in with a simple question of if the provider would give me a prescription do a CGM. I waited over an hour only to have to see a provider unwilling and refusing to give a prescription. I have been using a cgm for the past five years to help me monitor and manage my glucose. This provider insisted I only need to come in quarterly to check A1C. This is reactive and not proactive. I will be using a more sympathetic and helpful provider that will help me manage my current state of health
