Went to establish a PCP. Brittany was great but advised she was leaving. They has apparently been some turnover with the PCP staff. It appears as though the management is not allowing the staff the necessary leeway to act as an actual PCP facility thus hamstringing their ability to provide normal service. This needs to be fixed for this location to actually be successful imo.

Misdiagnosed twice and very slow service. Front receptionist is never kind to anyone

At the time I made the appointment I explained to them it was TMJ, so instead of them telling me that there was no one there that was knowledgeable enough to help me the doctor went through the motions of seeing me and telling me she’s not knowledgeable with bones and the same thing with my foot. Wasting my time and the insurance money

I go to fast pace in Dunlap, Tn. Love the people there but I can’t say much about the business, I have to fill out something on my phone every time, I could understand if I haven’t been there in a year, but every time I go is rediculous and then you bug me about how my visit was I answered that the first I went, why do I have to answer again?
