Amazing, I felt right at home and he wasn’t short with me. Explained everything throughly and spent time making conversation instead of telling me my diagnosis and hitting the door. He was very patient and welcoming. Terry Howell was my Nurse Practitioner.

We presented for care due to a significant, unmanageable fever. While I was speaking with the receptionist-who was courteous and helpful— a nurse named Blair entered late and interrupted our conversation. Without context, she stated, "Fever is good. It's still going to be a bit of a wait." This comment was made as though I lacked medical understanding and as if I had been complaining about wait time, which I was not. Provider excuse my daughter from school on for two days. My daughter starting vomiting on day two and when I reached out I was told by the provider to send her to school vomiting because she would not extend her school note

We were the first patient there and still had to wait over 30 minutes. I think that’s ridiculous. We eventually ended up at the ER.
