Amazing, I felt right at home and he wasn’t short with me. Explained everything throughly and spent time making conversation instead of telling me my diagnosis and hitting the door. He was very patient and welcoming. Terry Howell was my Nurse Practitioner.

We presented for care due to a significant, unmanageable fever. While I was speaking with the receptionist-who was courteous and helpful— a nurse named Blair entered late and interrupted our conversation. Without context, she stated, "Fever is good.
