I come every year for steroid shot cause of mold and yesterday he said they are no longer allowed to give them never seen this man before I come all the time . Waste of time and loss. 25.00 dollars for nothing so now I’ve gotta go to doctor and pay again just to get shot to clear this mess up I can’t take over-the-counter medicine cause of blood pressure so I always have to go get shot

We presented for care due to a significant, unmanageable fever. While I was speaking with the receptionist-who was courteous and helpful— a nurse named Blair entered late and interrupted our conversation. Without context, she stated, "Fever is good. It's still going to be a bit of a wait." This comment was made as though I lacked medical understanding and as if I had been complaining about wait time, which I was not. Provider excuse my daughter from school on for two days. My daughter starting vomiting on day two and when I reached out I was told by the provider to send her to school vomiting because she would not extend her school note

We were the first patient there and still had to wait over 30 minutes. I think that’s ridiculous. We eventually ended up at the ER.

I was there three and half hours before being seen then nurse comes in said my test results didn’t show anything then I asked what test results so i took it like they were just trying get me out of there so she sends girl back in she has two que tips puts but half way in my nostril walks out nurse cums back no result says I can see your sick finally give me antibiotics.

The receptionist was superb. The nurse was thorough and kind and did a great job! The NP on duty didn’t spend 3 minutes in my room. He didn’t answer any questions. He seemed uninterested
The reception greeted us at the window with “We aren’t taking walk-ins.” They was 90 minutes before closing and there only a mother and her children in the waiting room. We left the facility and sat in the parking lot and looked on line and it said that walk-ins were available and could be in 11 minutes after arrival. Then we went online and there were numerous appointments left before 8 o’clock and we chose one and return to the facility.
