Horrible place to visit they took my wife off work,I had to take care of my wife due to her illness. I gave them the proper FMLA paperwork to fill out and they said that their not going to fill it out because it has my name on the top of the paperwork and to take it to my doctor to fill out, but its a care for a family member my doctor didn’t see her. I will never go to this clinic again or recommend it to anyone
Awful Calle me back did my vitals waited for Dr to come in for almost an hour … then she didn’t really listen to me about why I was there and not sure she diagnosed me right either… didn’t get half the medication she said she was going to call in… I got a 2nd opinion and it wasn’t what she diagnosed me with
