Very nice clinic. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Very polite & helpful from the receptionist to the health care provider & everyone in between. I was seen, diagnosed & out the door within 40 minutes. That is awesome since I was feeling pretty terrible as it was. Hats off to the great staff at Fast Pace!!!
The front desk receptionist was great. It got a bit frustrating when I pre registered and I have been waiting 50 minutes. Fast pace is a gross overstatement. A gentlemam comes in for labs or something, goes back within 5 minutes of walking in and said, "that was fast" which hit a nerve. I am sick and sore so my threshold is much lower. Depending on how it goes when I actually get seen will determine whether I come back. Hopefully the standard of care is better than the false advertising in regard to timing.
They saw me quickly, and were efficient and determining what I needed. I especially appreciated Tina, the physicians assistant. Who is friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a few days and I am quickly on the road to recovery.
Registration was fast and easy. Upon registration I was able to make a PCP appointment within just a couple of days. The PA was super nice and I was introduced to the physician I will see soon.
Not good at all and I brought the patient in, and she was told she had covid from a test and she did have all the symptoms, but she was not offered one thing for her sinus drainage her sore throat or any antibiotics or cough syrup for anything, not even a check out receipt when she left after waiting a pretty good while but that's understandable as a walk-in but giving her nothing to go home with there's no excuse.
