I was so sick ( temp 103)and had to wait it 2 hours. The receptionist was very rude to us. She wanted forms filled out both in an electronic manner, and we are older Americans seniors so give us a piece of paper and a pen. It was not a pleasant experience, although I did receive good treatment from the doctor.
It was a wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Efficient, respectful, supportive and compassionate.

Since I do not live in Erwin, this was the first time I had ever needed to be treated at Fast-Paced Urgent Care. The registration link was efficient and self-explanatory. The link even informs the patient what number they are in line which is very helpful. The staff who worked with me was kind, compassionate, and caring. Very professional and courteous staff. They handled the situation my niece and I had with no hesitation and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this facility and their current staff to anyone who’s in need of medical services that can be addressed outside of an emergency situation.
