Very positive and professional! Friendly nurse and doctor and receptionist! Clean and very helpful.
From start to finish I was treated like a friend & not just a patient. Everyone was very friendly and respectful, but also concerned about my health and how I was feeling. I was very impressed & happy with the way I was treated and will definitely visit again! I will also recommend them to everyone I know which is a lot of people! I believe you all are extremely kind, friendly, caring and beside that you give a thorough check up and find what’s going on and what’s going on with your patients. You always prescribe the right medication that will make us better. I’m considering on being a regular patient of fast pace if you will have me.
Effective and fast
Everyone was very friendly, fast and I really like the dr. I saw. Dr Shandee she took her time listened to what I had to say and treated me with medication I needed to be able to quickly get back to work and enjoy the Christmas holiday coming up. I didn’t have to wait on her to call my medicine in all day she did as she said and it was there when I got to the pharmacy.
My experience at Fast Pace was a good one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, their concern for my well-being was genuine.
Not fond of the check in process but the caregivers are very good.
They have a highly inaccurate physical examination.
I was so sick ( temp 103)and had to wait it 2 hours. The receptionist was very rude to us. She wanted forms filled out both in an electronic manner, and we are older Americans seniors so give us a piece of paper and a pen. It was not a pleasant experience, although I did receive good treatment from the doctor.
