Nurse a doctor did wonderful for me. The receptionist I had to call literally 11 times to get in touch with the office about my prescription not being filled when I went to pick up day of my visit. Turns to find out it was sent to somewhere I’ve never been before, and I am still currently waiting for it to be sent in. I have bronchitis and walking pneumonia I just want to feel better. This is my reason of not recommending.
The only positive I can find out of our recent experience with Fast Pace is Fayetteville was the short wait time and the kind receptionist. The rest of our visit was downhill from there. We had to request to speak to the doctor just to find out any information about our son. At which time we were told our son was sick and needed to be treated with Tylenol and ibuprofen which we had already done for a week. I’m not sure who assisted my father in law when he brought my son, but I strongly disagree with how they were questioned. I have a few things I don’t agree with. My father in law has taken my son to many doctor’s offices while me and his father had to work, and has never been questioned about the family dynamic. There was no reason to ask if the parents were in the picture, if we were together or married, or if he lived in the same home as us. Asked my 13 year old about her period. I declined answering since we were here for sinus issues and not only did the lpn try to lie and say I had to tell her, but then she got extremely rude and added symptoms on her sheet she wasn’t even HAVING

Went in for a sinus infection and earache. Worst doctor I have ever been too. She didn't even address the earache or sinus problem. Both my ears hurt and my jaw was popping when I chewed so it hurt too. Well she went straight for the heart. Fine take the precautions and check it out but address the other things too. The lady at the front desk is very rude. She acts as if she hates her job. Working in health care myself I understand a lot of peoples frustration but I fail to understand hers. When I work in a customer service roll I always put my frustration a side and realize that it’s not everyone’s fault.
