I went to this clinic in August 2021, suspecting covid. I was unaware at the time, but my insurance had been terminated. Fast pace took my card and accepted me anyways. I was given a covid/strep/flu test, now I have an 800 dollar bill.
Incompetence + incredible price gouging and code errors. Refusal to communicate. Went in for animal bite and NP Clinic Director gave me a tetanus shot and antibiotic Rx - a prescription for the ONLY medicine I’d documented an allergy to on their New Patient intake form. They charged MediCare $828. for my visit: $677. “New Patient” office visit $ 93. Tetanus medicine $. 68. I’m only here for a drug test for a job! I shouldn’t be having to wait almost an hour now! They’ve only called one person back since I been here and there’s about 15 other people in the waiting room waiting to be seen! This is ridiculous!!

i went in there to wait on my daughter no one in there had a mask on they asked me if i wanted one o told them that I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one but yet they still wanted me to wait my truck i wouldn't go back in there if they paid me with there double standards bull

I recieved an EMERGENCY ROOM BILL from fastpace and miss diagnosed. ended up in the real er. their billing practice has changed without warning. publically wrong doings.

for years I have been misdiagnosed in Decatur Alabama and just months after moving to Fayetteville the doctors at Fast Pace discovered my true illness and now I'm on a road to what I hope will be a successful recovery thank you fast pace

The doctor I saw at the Morristown location was wonderful. I initially left a great review, until I received my bill. My insurance was charged $1,300. I didn’t receive an itemized statement, so I assumed this was a mistake. I called the billing department and was placed on hold. While I was on hold, I found out about a $99 self pay option.
