Very slow service. Slow intake process. Need a better system for new patient processing. Watching people who entered the facility 7 and 8 after me get called back and exit the building is worse than frustrating. I hope I never ever have the need to return to this facility ever again. So disappointed.
Brought my 6 year old daughter in, bleeding from a head wound. Told the receptionist and was given paperwork and a washcloth. Waited forty-five minutes only to be told the nurses were unaware. They didn't check her pupils for dilation or almost anything else to check for a concussion. Washed the wound and sent us on our way. Stayed in the room less than 20 minutes. While the nurses were friendly and sympathetic after the fact, I am not impressed and will not be back.
Took my daughter there very sick, the Dr was extremely rude and after being told she had RSV asc strep the Dr didn't even come inside the room to evaluate her. Prescribed nor recommended nothing to ease her. I will pay a 300 for ER next time, I will NEVER take get back there. Extremely mad, when they dismiss a very sick 3 yr old child. I suggest tale your sick child to REAL Dr instead of this place, they are a joke!
Keep getting bills from them that my insurance already paid for every visit. Have to go back to my insurance, get proof and send it to them showing the bill was paid already within 30 days.Even got bills thats from early 2016. It's so tiresome. I know I /my family is not the only ones that happens to.
After sitting in the office for over 2 hours with still no X-ray results I had just leave with a sick toddler. I will not return to this facility.
Waited for 30 minutes in the lobby sat in the exam room for an hour all for a strep test.... What really annoyed me was you could hear them conversating over any and everything but seeing pts..
Not impressed at all.
Went there 8 months ago for a physical, they didn't do much. Took my blood & sent the blood for testing, well I paid there, then later I got another bill from the lab where it was tested $650 dollars, I was never told of that coming, I'm still paying for this, monthly payments. They didn't even weighed me or Anythinh.
