I was very impressed by the staff and treatment. Although it isn’t actually an appointment, signing up for a general time to be seen on the website is probably a huge assistance in preventing large numbers from coming in all at once and preventing long wait times. The young man who checked me in was very thorough and competent. He explained as he performed his duties why he was doing the tasks and when necessary explained why it was taking a little longer than usual. A+ service. Not only was it the quickest urgent care visit, it was the most thorough. Having tested positive for strep throat, the doctor made sure it was the only culprit, which is a rarity with most physicians.
