Healthcare attention was great. The receptionist, however, was not welcoming at all.Â
They were great and very professional unlike the one in Springfield they have have a very poor attitude they act like if they wait on or you ask them something it’s like shame on you for asking I’ll go to greenbrier from now on Springfield is outÂ
The visit was good.Â
The experience I had was good. The treatment was good also. The nurse and doctor was great answering any questions I had.Â

Staff was amazing, facility was clean, feel like this visit was a waste of time.Â
Went for pain and nausea. Recommended I go to the ER. Left $50 spent and still had nausea and pain. This is the second time we’ve used urgent care. The last time was for my husband. He needed an X-ray and wasn’t told until after the ov that the X-ray tech wasn’t there. Another $50 wasted. They were very nice but haven’t helped us. I won’t be using them again.Â
The doctor had no clue and had to send photo and call other doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Was told more than once that I would be called before my card was charged and that did not happen. Was there at 8am and was there for 3 1/2 hours for a rash. Doc said she was gonna call in meds and did not. Will not returnÂ
Nurse practitioner was very good! The male nurse came in with blue hair and the dye running down his face and all over his hands as if he had just dyed his hair at work! This did not make me very comfortable! He did put gloves on over his dye stained hands!He will not take care of me again. I signed in online and still waited one hour to be seen. Again the nurse practitioner was very good!Â
Considering the problem that the clinic didn’t have staff , the ones there fine the best they could do and I appreciated what they done for me . Good job & thank you . Greenbrier office .Â
