Went for pain and nausea. Recommended I go to the ER. Left $50 spent and still had nausea and pain. This is the second time we’ve used urgent care. The last time was for my husband. He needed an X-ray and wasn’t told until after the ov that the X-ray tech wasn’t there. Another $50 wasted. They were very nice but haven’t helped us. I won’t be using them again.

The doctor had no clue and had to send photo and call other doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Was told more than once that I would be called before my card was charged and that did not happen. Was there at 8am and was there for 3 1/2 hours for a rash. Doc said she was gonna call in meds and did not. Will not return

Nurse practitioner was very good! The male nurse came in with blue hair and the dye running down his face and all over his hands as if he had just dyed his hair at work! This did not make me very comfortable! He did put gloves on over his dye stained hands!He will not take care of me again. I signed in online and still waited one hour to be seen. Again the nurse practitioner was very good!

Considering the problem that the clinic didn’t have staff , the ones there fine the best they could do and I appreciated what they done for me . Good job & thank you . Greenbrier office .

I was there for 2 hrs being extremely sick, got tested for everything (flu, strep, & covid) & was negative, and they sent me out the door. Even though i’m extremely sick with obviously something. I had an appointment at 3:11 & i called to see if i can come in early, they said yes. I got there at 2 & wasn’t called back till 3:20…

After an 1.5 hour wait at the clinic, I was told my medicine would be sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy down the street was closed so I called within 10 minutes of leaving the clinic to ask the prescription be sent to Kroger pharmacy instead. They told me no problem.. so I drove to Kroger to pick up my meds. However, they didn’t send the prescription… for 5 hours!! So by the time Kroger got my prescription they were 10 minutes from closing and I was not able to make it to pick up my meds. It shouldn’t take 5+ hours to send ... read more

On 12/11/22 I had a 2:00 appointment slot. I arrived 15 minutes early so I could check in on the tablet, give my insurance information, and pay. Unfortunately I was not greeted upon arrival and was not able to give my information until 2:45. Meanwhile I’m miserable sitting in the lobby wishing I could lay down. When I was finally greeted at 2:45 to pay my cards would not work because the new card reader was too new and sensitive to take my payment. Communication. Greenbrier location checked me in the nurse called me to the back to take my vitals and ask me why I was there I told her to rule out pneumonia. So after me waiting there she stated there was no X-ray tech there didn't take my vitals and they sent me to Springfield location. went to Springfield they didn't know anything about me coming and then they said that they would have to take her appointments first and I would have to wait again because appointments come first, there were 5 people in front of me.
