Went in for a tamiflu. Honestly I felt like an inconvenience to them. Got a little attitude that I just smiled through & getting me care quick was not on their radar. Overall, got what I came for but it was slow and just not patient centered. I think they mean well tho.

They were great and very professional unlike the one in Springfield they have have a very poor attitude they act like if they wait on or you ask them something it’s like shame on you for asking I’ll go to greenbrier from now on Springfield is out

Went for pain and nausea. Recommended I go to the ER. Left $50 spent and still had nausea and pain. This is the second time we’ve used urgent care. The last time was for my husband. He needed an X-ray and wasn’t told until after the ov that the X-ray tech wasn’t there. Another $50 wasted. They were very nice but haven’t helped us. I won’t be using them again.
