The care was genuine for sure. I arrived a few minutes before closing time and they cared enough to work me in. I had a deep concern and they guided me through a way to treat it. I appreciate their honesty and integrity very much.

The WAIT was ENTIRELY TO LONG even for a clinic. The point of an appointment is one to be kept… within reason. The walk in people should be told approximately how long it would be before seen and ADHERE to it. So they can make other arrangements if wanted. ( my 50 minutes turned into 3 hours ) There should be a way to coordinate a walk-in with the online appointments. On line appointments are every 10-15 min. But what if a walk-in is there already waiting and the next on line is filled forcing the already waiting patient... read more
