The care was genuine for sure. I arrived a few minutes before closing time and they cared enough to work me in. I had a deep concern and they guided me through a way to treat it. I appreciate their honesty and integrity very much.

I only come to this urgent care because you can make an appointment time. While I understand an appointment time isn’t a guaranteed time, my child seen until an hour after my appointment time. Once we waited for over an hour, got into the room and learned they didn’t even have COVID or flu tests. The MA and NP both kept relying on multiple pulse oxs that was telling them my one year olds HR was dangerously low, along with the O2 (although it was not), instead of ever attempting to take an apical HR. The WAIT was ENTIRELY TO LONG even for a clinic. The point of an appointment is one to be kept… within reason. The walk in people should be told approximately how long it would be before seen and ADHERE to it. So they can make other arrangements if wanted. ( my 50 minutes turned into 3 hours ) There should be a way to coordinate a walk-in with the online appointments. On line appointments are every 10-15 min. But what if a walk-in is there already waiting and the next on line is filled forcing the already waiting patient... read more

My experience at the Greenville TN clinic was the kindest people on earth and very helpful. Did not get a good report on bad back symptoms but I did get information that was much needed to proceed without doing even MORE damage. Wish I could have gotten better news but thankful for information!!!!
Everyone @ this facility was awesome!! They were informative helpful and so kind. I was not given good news necessarily but I was given needed information as well as MUCH needed help for pain relief!!!

Fast pace urgent care don’t seem to have the tests to diagnose kidney infection Just urine test strips and prescribe antibiotics After 2 rounds of antibiotics I still had blood in urine and misdiagnosed with uti Got this kidney infection diagnosed at Ballad health
Had to wait a long time once in the examination room, 45 minutes maybe. There was only 1 person in the waiting room.
