The care was genuine for sure. I arrived a few minutes before closing time and they cared enough to work me in. I had a deep concern and they guided me through a way to treat it. I appreciate their honesty and integrity very much.

Wasted copay and time…. He said stomach virus. No symptoms of nausea, vomiting, etc. Examined 2 patients in less than 5 minutes. Went somewhere else and had an ear infection and positive for strep.

I only come to this urgent care because you can make an appointment time. While I understand an appointment time isn’t a guaranteed time, my child seen until an hour after my appointment time. Once we waited for over an hour, got into the room and learned they didn’t even have COVID or flu tests. The MA and NP both kept relying on multiple pulse oxs that was telling them my one year olds HR was dangerously low, along with the O2 (although it was not), instead of ever attempting to take an apical HR.
