I waited for 2.5 hours for the Nurse Practictioner to spend 5 minutes telling me she wouldn't change the antibiotic I'm currently taking despite the fact that my condition has gotten worse. The swelling in my face has extended up toward my eye and down my throat. My blood pressure was 150/105 because I've been in pain for days with an abscessed tooth. The personal were fabulous. They were very courteous and made sure I understood everything. The lady who explained my x-ray used wording I could understand!! Fantastic!

I tried to register online for an apt and found the system not user friendly!!! This required me to show up and SIT for 1 1/2 hrs before going into a room and another 45 minutes until the NP came in. You were short staffed and busy which acts for the wait time, but that does not explain my inability to set up an apt????
2hr wait time - with only 2 ppl ahead of me Needed a shot for the curd etc. doctor refused to give a shot to clear the mess up. Hence why I was there because over the counter meds were not working
Receptionist was nice. Nurse was nice/efficient. I was very sick and kind words go a long way at this time. The next person that saw me was curtly professional to the point I felt like she wished I wasn’t there. Told me I had Covid to take Tylenol /IB, stay hydrated and walked out. Really! Great manners. Hopefully, if I ever have to go back it won’t be to see her.
