The entire experience was very pleasant
Everyone was friendly and professional. My daughter felt comfortable as she was getting her physical.
Everyone there was courteous and respectful. I made my appointment when I got there was able to see the Doctor within 10 minutes. When you don’t feel well that’s a blessing. I will recommend to all I know.
The staff were excellent. My Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I am much better today, thanks to them.

My 4 yo has been coughing for a couple of weeks and I took him to his primary doctor at southwest pediatrics bc his tonsils were so swollen that he could barely eat and the doctor just said it could be allergies or he needed his tonsils removed and sent us home! she didn't even bother to do a swab test to make sure he didn't had a strep throat infection, so then I took him to first care here in Greenfield and I just want to thank the nurse and the doctor who immediately spot the problem and gave him proper treatment.
