My overall visit was extremely well mannered, the staff were very professional above all they met all the qualifications anyone expect when visiting any doctors office.. I would recommend one there any given day

Well When I First Got There; I Had To Do Everything Over Again; Because I Did It Three Or Four Hours Before I Arrived; I’m Not Sure What Happened; I Don’t Know The Name Of The Person Who Was Sitting Behind The Desk; It’s Like Her Response To Me Was Not Wanting To Communicate With Me; But As Soon As Someone Else Came Up To Sign In Or Register; Or To Ask a Question; She Opened Up To Them; I Really Felt Neglected And Unimportant;So I Just Got Quite And Observed How She Communicated With Everyone Else; And Not With Me;

GET RID OF THE ATTITUDE WHEN YOU CHECK IN. I THINK ITS FRUSTRATING CHECKING IN THAT WAY. WHY NOT JUST WRITE YOUR NAME O.N THE LIST LIKE OTHER PLACES. THEN WHEN PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND AND ASK QUESTIONS THATS WHEN THE ATTITUDE COME FROM THE PERSON BEHIND THAT DESK. LIKE WE GETTING ON YOUR NERVES THATS WHAT YOU THERE FOR. NEED BETTER CUSTOMERS SERVICE. NOT GOING TO HURT TO BE MORE POLITE
I had an appointment on yesterday. Waited for over an hour in Fast track. I was placed in a dirty room after asking why people after me were being called to the back. In fairness I was told I registered for primary care visit and not urgent care. That part I understand but to be placed in an unclean room??
The care you receive when you’re in the back is very good and pretty timely. But every single time I’ve been I’ve waited 2+ hours in the waiting room no matter the time of day. I save a spot in line, register and everything else online before I even get there to try to save time but there’s no difference. Because of this I’m looking into a new doctors office and only going to fast pace if I just have too. No one wants to wait sick at the drs for hours.
Overall visit was great but the wait to get in to see doctor was pretty long other than that it was good.
My son and husband had a 10:20 AM appt and did not leave until after 2:00 PM. Once they finally got into the exam room they were tested for strep and Covid & was told the results would be ready in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later they still were waiting. My husband finally went and got someone and they got the results right after. It seemed like they were forgotten about in the exam room.
It could go a little faster! The online registration is nice.
Appt at 2:01. Got there at 1:35. Nobody was out front so I didn’t know I was supposed to use an iPad to check in. At 2:20 I got a text telling me that my appt would be canceled because I hadn’t checked in. Still had nobody up front to tell me to use the iPad. Finally another patient told me. Got called back at 4:45 pm. Waited back there about an hour. Once I saw the NP, he was great and process went smoothly. Finally left around 6pm.
