Initially told (at 7:30pm) there was a 45 min wait & they closed at 8;00pm so I couldn’t be seen by Dr. I was shocked as well as in pain. I was about to cry so they let me fill out form and I did see NP. I was treated with care and kindness of which I am very grateful.

I’m not sure who my RN was, I forgot her name, but she was SO sweet and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be while I was there. She was very through with the assessment and so friendly, nurturing, and very sweet and bubbly. She told me she was new but I never would’ve known it. I was very impressed and at ease with her the entire time.
