Well to be honest with you the first 2 times I came there was no one that could do the DOT physical. I sat there Sunday for almost two hours before I found out that the doctor that was there wasn’t certified to do the physical. I found out that Raven was on vacation and the other doctor was sick. But when I went Monday morning they got me back and Ravens assistant was very nice and then Raven came in and finished the physical and she was very nice so polite.

I was at work and started having a medical problem that I needed checked on. I was able to go on line and reserve an appointment very quickly that worked well with my work schedule. When I arrived, they were waiting for me and took only a minute to update info. I was taken back within just a couple of minutes and the nurse and nurse practitioner, Marcy, were very friendly, thorough, and comforting.
