From the moment I walked in, all staff was so friendly. Nurse S Phillips was probably the nicest medical professional i’ve ever come into contact with, she was the nurse that took me back. She asked all the questions and really listened, and we even laughed together! The provider, Sue Krieg, was also just as sweet! The wait was about 15 minutes as a walk in. Once I got back- I was out in maybe 10! So pretty speedy

When they tried to send me the medical forms to fill out to my phone and it came up blank the 3rd time, we did it old school on paper and pen.(which I prefer!). The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was taken back quickly and the nurse did her tests and questions very efficiently. Then, about 4 minutes later, the nurse practitioner was in the room clarifying the info she read from the nurse and was spot on my diagnosis! Very personable and considerate!
