I called to verify that my physical could be done here, and they told me it could. I drove thirty minutes out of the way, for them to turn me away at the front desk. They talked down to me like I was a child, and acted like this form was something special that I needed to have filled out by a PCP. I drove over to another urgent care that did it for me right away. I have never had a problem getting physicals done at urgent cares. Now I know never to go to any Fast Pace again!!

I had a 2 hr wait even though I had an appt. First time I had to wait so long. Other than that, it was fine.
Took entirely too long to be seen. When I finally was brought back and triaged it still took quite a long time for the Doctor to come in the room. The irony was not lost on me while I sat there for 2+ hours.
Receptionist are friendly. But once you get to the back it takes way too long. Didn't have anybody else in there except like 1 other person that needed to be seen and have been sitting in the room for almost 3 hours and the doctor has not come in yet. I can hear is the workers standing in the hall just talking. Won't be back here. Customer service from the people in the back are really bad. Shouldn't take almost 2 hours to be treated when they are not even busy.

I did not get any type of shots and no Z-pack. The cough medicine that you prescribed didn’t d not help. I returned back to American Family Care got some better cough medicine, shots and Z pack doing much better. I realized that you all are a new Facility and it gets better with time. Thanks Again!
Was not very caring towards my husband and I. We both had COVID and she acted like she didn’t want to check us or come near us!!! My husband will never come back but I’m about giving 2nd chances.
