Staff was professional office was cleaned and everyone was nice. I will return for any health concerns.
Great office visit, everyone courteous and and tended. To my needs. However, I’m highly disappointed about the slowness in sending in a prescription for me. It’s been 48 hrs & the druggist hasn’t heard from y’all. Please send as you advised you would.

This review is for the “Fast Pace Urgent Care” corporate office NOT the nice people in the office working nonstop!! Hire more people and set realistic appointment times. There is no way to see patients every 5 minutes effectively, which is how your appointments are currently set up. I had to go back twice on yesterday just to be seen! You are setting your staff up to fail. They are working extremely hard, they are very patient, and very good at what they do even in those stressful circumstances. The experience was good with the check in on line and the front desk personnel was excellent and so was the young lady that took my vital signs. I was a little disappointed with the Nursing Practitioner. After she told me I tested positive for the influenza A, she didn't listen to my lungs or examine me at all. I thought about it later and said she didn't even listen to my heart or lungs to see if they sounded clear. She did call in the prescription in a very timely manner. And I appreciated that very much. I came there to get treated for chest and nasal congestion . I sat there over five hours before being seen. They took forever after putting me in a room. They took a chest X-ray and said they couldn’t treat my congestion because they thought I had a hernia.( which I don’t). I’ve never been to a place that was as bad as that.
