I went to Fast Pace in extreme pain they told me that they couldn’t give me the treatment I needed. They gave me no option and no referrals. They sure didn’t mind taking my copay. I will not go there again. I went to a different walk in clinic the next day and got the treatment and referrals I needed. Thanks for nothing Fast Pace!
First let me tell you a little bit about myself. I put in the hospital two weeks before this happened. I was in acute renal failure. The doctored had to take blood because i could not urinate due to possible blockage from kidney stones or UTI’s . Either way i was very upset and embarrassed because they refuse to see me as a patient and humiliated me for being in there to take a drug text. Doctor taking drug screening was very rude, They don’t really care about the patients.
I was there almost 2 hrs and wasn’t checked in after I signed in on iPad like I was instructed. I was already sick & there to see a doctor for some help to get well. Not to get schooled on not being savvy on modern technology. The front desk person should have made sure I was completely checked in before I got terribly I’ll waiting so long.
Didn’t get my medicine called in so I can get better
