It was easy to get in and out of. Everyone was nice. Dr Tidwell was wonderful. She is always friendly and listens to what you have to say, explains things to you.
Made my first visit yesterday, 3-18-2024. Wanted to doublecheck a positive Covid test but couldn’t get into my primary doctor. Fast Pace is close to home, so registered and set up visit time online yesterday. Was impressed that the visit was quick, and professional. Staff is very friendly, and took time to do their thing without rushing. The Covid test was easy and fast, confirmed the positive result I got with the home test. After this last visit, the people are friendly, but the business model is a pyramid scheme. I was told I had an issue that would require several visits and at least 2 sets of X-rays, they then scheduled me for those X-rays in a manner that would require extra office visits. Then while sitting in the waiting room, I over hear them discussing their employee bonus system. Yes, they get a bonus based on customer satisfaction and the number of visits per office.. That's when the extra visits made sense.
Extremely kind, caring, honest and professional people, from the front to the back! Took our teenager here for a physical and she felt extremely comfortable and heard. She had a bit of anxiety about school and homework and they did not judge at all and spring into action for getting her all the help she needs with options. Thank you all! 😊
Our provider was the most kid friendly provider I have seen in years. She kept my 9yo son and me laughing the whole visit. What a wonderful experience! And on Christmas Eve at that. Thank you so much to the whole team at the Jackson, TN Southside clinic!
