Service was quick
The receptionist really needs to work on her customer service. I’ve encountered her at several visits and it’s never a good experience. The provider there is amazing, but the receptionist not so much.
My chief complaint was flu like symptoms, body aches, fever, congestion and sob. I initially was pleased with my doctors visit because I trusted her when she said that I only had a sinus and ear infection. However, she gave me Zyrtec and Flonase for treatment. I informed the doctor that I take my Zyrtec daily and I had both medications at home. I didn’t come in complaining about my allergies. Everyone was great and super friendly. I was just unable to get any help. I had to go back later to Walmart and buy over the counter meds on the recommendation of friends. Still got worse and had to miss work.
My grandson felt very comfortable and asked questions that he had answered by the nurse and the Doctor. He was happy when he left.
Very professional, made my granddaughter feel comfortable. Definitely made a great impression on us.
The lady at the front desk was very rude. I was on vacation out of town and my boss told me I need to get a drug test for work because I had just accepted a new job. I told my boss on the way back home I will stop at this fast pace in Jackson. My boss informed me the code is only good till 2pm. I told the lady at the desk that. She said there are a lot of people in front of me so I will have to wait. I told her It will defeat the purpose getting a drug test if I can’t get it before 2pm.
