Everyone was great and super friendly. I was just unable to get any help. I had to go back later to Walmart and buy over the counter meds on the recommendation of friends. Still got worse and had to miss work.
My grandson felt very comfortable and asked questions that he had answered by the nurse and the Doctor. He was happy when he left.
Very professional, made my granddaughter feel comfortable. Definitely made a great impression on us.
The lady at the front desk was very rude. I was on vacation out of town and my boss told me I need to get a drug test for work because I had just accepted a new job. I told my boss on the way back home I will stop at this fast pace in Jackson. My boss informed me the code is only good till 2pm. I told the lady at the desk that. She said there are a lot of people in front of me so I will have to wait. I told her It will defeat the purpose getting a drug test if I can’t get it before 2pm. Great caring service. Dr Lacy and Bailey, nurse, were very caring and took great care of me. I felt like I was in good hands. They both were very thorough.
