My experience with Fast Pace Urgent Care in Jackson, TN was excellent. The check in was very easy and quick. The receptionist was very kind and very helpful. The nurse assistant was extremely kind and listened and cared about me. The doctor was fantastic and listened to me and was very helpful and kind and wrote me a note to return back to work, so I was very happy with the service I received. Thank you Fast PacešĀ

My experience was an A+ from scheduling my appointment. The lady was absolutely professional taking all of my information and getting me seen as quick as possible. Appointment was two days later. I arrived and the receptionist was very friendly and persise. I was in a room within 7 minutes. Wow!!! I was seen by the nurse in about 5 min then dr soon after. The waiting time was a little long but understandable due to being busy. But when I got to the back, it was easy, quick and I had a few laughs with the doctor. My doctor office was closed, so I am so thankful for you guys for not having to go to the ER with a 2-8 hour wait.Ā
