The whole process took about 3 hours and they were able to tell me what was going on. The nurse and doctor made me feel very comfortable and we’re very helpful.

Short wait time and the staff cared and told me plenty of time they hoped I felt better
I just received a call stating that I had H-flu. The “nurse” that gave me the news didn’t even know what H-flu was. She stated that multiple times and that she was “just relaying the message”. Embarrassing. I was told that I was fine to return to work by the DOCTOR the day I was seen and that I was not contagious. I work around patients in an OR, some are immunocompromised, elderly, and ill. I also requested a specific swab test to be sent in, twice, and was told that the doctor never ordered it.
