I just received a call stating that I had H-flu. The “nurse” that gave me the news didn’t even know what H-flu was. She stated that multiple times and that she was “just relaying the message”. Embarrassing. I was told that I was fine to return to work by the DOCTOR the day I was seen and that I was not contagious. I work around patients in an OR, some are immunocompromised, elderly, and ill. I also requested a specific swab test to be sent in, twice, and was told that the doctor never ordered it. I’ve come to this location twice and both time I was there for ever 3 hours. There was nothing fast about fast paste!
I had a scheduled appointment in since didn’t get out of there about 2 to 3 hours
Front desk and physician were very kind. Nurse was not. Very dismissive

I waited 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. When I arrived to the clinic, I waited for 1.5hr for a 3 minute drug test and the clinic was next to empty.
I waited a really long time to be taken to the back. The receptionist could see how sick I was and she called me to her desk about four or five times because she kept forgetting things, as well as forgetting to check me in. The man medical assistant moves really slow and is not very nice. The nurse practitioner was very nice and had me taken care of though.
