Went in for ear pain in left ear. I knew the wait time would be long since it’s a walk in urgent care but when i finally got seen, nothing was said to me. they just told me to pick up some medicine and that’s it. i’m extremely uncomfortable and it’s gotten worse everyday. i cannot hear out of my left ear and it constantly feels like needles are poking my ear drum. i also can’t eat properly because it hurts to bite down.
I get being understaffed, but the time it took to get me to the treatment room didn’t live up to being “fast pace”. It took over an hour and a half until I was called back to the treatment room after I got there, with an appt scheduled, and the waiting room wasn’t crowded. The lady who took my vitals kept coughing. Should she have been there with a cough that bad trying to help patients who’s immune systems are already suppressed from illnesses? The doctor was really good, though. I’d recommend him.

Well since I guess it was close to closing time. The lady at the front window was impatient and borderline rude. When I went to check in, she asked if I checked in through the app, and I said well, it sent me a code to my phone, but did not give me instructions on what to do after that, she said, well it’s your phone service. Your phone service is messed up on your phone.
